RENKUP: Data Deletion Request

RENKUP does not create a separate user account; you sign in with your Google Play Games account. Our server keeps game data linked to your Google Play Games player ID. You can request deletion of this data as follows.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to contact@wildshine.com.tr with the subject "RENKUP data deletion request".
2. Include your player name in RENKUP. We may ask for additional information to verify that the account is yours.
3. We will confirm receipt by email. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

• Your player name, name and background colors, and owned appearance items
• Your coin balance and in-game entitlements
• Rewarded level records, duel match records and coin transactions
• Your player ID in purchase and rewarded-ad records

Important: Deletion cannot be undone. Your coin balance and purchased appearance items are permanently lost and cannot be restored.

Data that is kept and retention periods

• Backups: Deleted data is automatically removed from server backups within 37 days.
• Purchase records: Records of purchases (product, order number, date) may be kept, separated from your player ID, for fraud prevention and legal obligations.
• Google and other providers: Google Play Games cloud saves, your Google account, and data processed by Google AdMob and Unity are held in those providers' systems, not on our server. You can delete your Google Play Games data from your Play Games profile or Google Account. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
